Returns.
Goods once sold can only be returned and exchanged within 3-7 days upon reception .Please not that for this to happen,the goods shouldn’t be used and should be always be in their original packaging.The client will incur all return charges.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges We offer exchange of purchased items within 7 days of purchase. Payment confirmation must be provided and the goods must be in good condition. Once the goods are examined and determined to be in good condition, the exchange process can begin.
Refunds Upon exchange, if the value of the exchange is less than the initial purchase, a refund will be issued. Kindly allow us 7 -14 working days to work on the refund.
