I’m Cecilia Muli, Founder and CEO of Unique Comfort. My menstrual periods journey began in primary school at the age of 13. I grew up battling heavy bleeding from endometriosis which was discovered 20 years later.I managed with just one pack of sanitary pads a month from primary school all through college,supplementing with rags and tissues when supplies ran out. However,I always considered myself lucky because many of my friends weren’t as fortunate. Unable to access proper menstrual products, they missed school, lost confidence, and faced setbacks over something beyond their control. That struggle ignited a fire in me and inspired the creation of Unique Comfort;a company dedicated to providing sustainable, reusable menstrual solutions like cups, discs, panties, pads, and swimsuits that last for years, not days.
